Heat Pump Water Tank

COOLEX HEAT PUMP WATER TANK HEATING AND COOLING (HPWA) is specially designed and engineered for water temperature control either to heat or to cool water for the different climate conditions. The unit works as a water heater or cooler or in combination during summer or winter conditions offering the most energy efficient heat pump system.

Features

• Compressor: The compressor is a high efficiency rotary type equipped with internal motor protector and necessary accessories for safe operation.
• Evaporator/Condenser coil: The coils are built up seamless copper tubes and mechanically bonded to scientifically designed aluminium fins for maximum heat transfer efficiency. The assembled coils are factory leak tested under water at pressure of 450 psig for quality and leak free unit.
• Fan motor: Asynchronous motors are known for their simplicity, ruggedness, and reliability. They have a relatively low cost of manufacturing and maintenance. These motors do not require brushes or a commutator, reducing wear and tear.
• Reversing valve: Reversing Valves switch between cooling and heating mode by changing the flow of the refrigerant. The solder connection at the pilot tube and valve allows for increased reliability and low leakage probability.
• Solenoid valve: Solenoid valves are provided to control the refrigerant flow during the use of combination heating and cooling providing an efficient system control and energy efficient heat pump system.
• Intelligent Micro-Channel stable and High Efficient: Using multi-variable micro-channel technology and flexible lamination technology, the heat exchange area is larger, the heat transfer effect is better, and the system energy efficiency is higher, the heat exchanger does not come into contact with the water in the water tank, and there is no corrosion, scaling, or leakage. The whole body is made of high-pressure foam, and the insulation layer is fine, uniform and tight, and the insulation effect is better. The blue diamond specially protected inner tank has passed 280,000 pressure pulse test and has stable performance.
• Microcontroller Panel Display: Easy to use control display for selecting the different modes and set points of the heat pump water heater/cooler. We can control the set point of Water Heating or Cooling using this board. This board is equipped with touch sensor. Using, this touch sensor, we can turn ON/OFF and Increase/Decrease the set point.
