Features

• Compressor: The compressor are high efficiency scroll hermetically sealed type. The compressor are equipped with internal motor protector and necessary accessories for safe operation.
• Evaporator: High efficiency DX Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger (BPHE) cooler consists of thin corrugated stainless steel plates vacuum brazed together using copper as the brazing material. Although ideal for numerous applications. Plates are brazed at all contact points, ensuring optimal heat transfer efficiency and pressure resistance. The plates are designed to provide the longest possible lifetimes
• Condenser coil: The coils are built up seamless copper tubes and mechanically bonded to scientifically designed aluminium fins for maximum heat transfer efficiency. The assembled coils are factory leak tested under water at a pressure of 700 psig for quality and leak free unit
• Condenser fan motor: Condenser fan motors are totally enclosed air-over type with class F insulation. The motors are provided with inherent thermal protection and auto rest type.
• Condenser fans: The fans are selected for optimum efficiency and maximum sound power reduction propeller type and direct driven, upward discharge and provided with fan grille mounted on the casing.
• Water pump: Volumetric water pumps able to offer high pressions in relation to comparatively low powers and which have particularly steady operating curves. They are qualified in domestic fittings, to increase the system pressure in aqueducts and for automatic water distribution by small autoclave tanks or by hydrosphere units. For the correct functioning of the pump, use clean water, or non-aggressive liquids only, without sand or other solid impurities.
